Mziyako Properties is committed to the lawful, fair and transparent processing of personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

We process personal information on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests as a property operator.

Access Requests
You may request confirmation of what personal information we hold about you and a copy of that information. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with POPIA.
Corrections
If any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you may request that it be corrected or updated at any time.
Deletion Requests
You may request that we delete personal information that is no longer required for the purpose it was collected for, subject to any legal retention obligations.
